Development strategy

Competition analysis
After the idea as a basis for an app is clearly defined, an extensive competition analysis is performed to find benefits and drawbacks of already available solutions. This analysis is one of the main strengths of
Software development
The development follows strict rules in order to achieve a stable app that will run on different devices, different operating system versions, different screen resolutions and in different languages.
Text and graphics
An app which is available worldwide needs professional translations and professionally designed buttons and icons. In case of Yabawi, all images have been licensed from microstock agencies and text translations where done by a renowned translation service.
Continuous improvement
Before an app is released to the Android Market, it will be tested on an Android emulator as well as on several different real hardware devices. Further functionality is added in following updates which also include bug fixes.

If you don't do it excellently, don't do it at all. Because if it's not excellent, it won't be profitable or fun, and if you're not in business for fun or profit, what the hell are you doing there?
